The Impact Lab
The Impact Lab is a passionate team combining (social) innovation management, research and advisory, service engineering, culture and event management, impact measurement, communication strategies, political advisory as well as business and territorial strategic management expertise. The Impact Lab works very closely with their clients to co-design and co-run their collaborative innovation projects. Typically, they get involved very early in the process, helping the client to set up the lab framework including its vision, and then actively co-create the design of the lab methodology and process, stakeholder management, collaboration approaches, progress monitoring, impact measurement and lab promotion. TIL has worked with and for governments, mutinationals, SMEs, academia, NGOs as well as local, regional, national and European public authorities.
